📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy

At 4 Earth 2 Mars Holding B.V. and our studio 4 OMID B.V., we value your time and ours. To create a respectful and smooth experience for all visitors, partners, students, and investors, please review the following policies regarding bookings and cancellations for both free and paid sessions.

✅ General Terms for All Bookings

By booking a session with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact details (name + email).

• Receive updates or confirmations related to your booking.

• Be respectful of time — especially for sessions where preparation is required on our side.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

🆓 Free Meeting Policy

This applies to:

• General Introduction Calls (15 minutes)

• Investor, Media & Potential Partner Calls (30 minutes)

• Consortium / Project Calls (60 minutes)

Policy:

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance at no cost.

• No-shows (missing your session without notice) are noted.

• After a second no-show, any new request may only be accepted through a paid booking link.

We’re kind humans — we understand that life happens! But please respect the time we invest in preparing for your session.

💸 Paid Meeting Policy

This applies to:

• Student Interview Calls (45 minutes – €24.2)

• In-Person Meetings at BlueCity (60 minutes – €242)

Policy:

• ❗ Refunds are offered as credit only — cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• 🚫 No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

• 🧾 If we are unable to host the session due to availability issues (e.g. meeting room conflicts), you will receive a full refund or can reschedule at no extra cost.

🔐 Respectful Use & Future Access

We reserve the right to approve or deny meeting requests based on availability and past booking behavior. We aim to create space for meaningful collaboration, and your consideration helps us protect that mission.
