Service Description
This private 45-minute online working session is for organisations and professionals already in discussion with 4 Earth 2 Mars about a defined project, consortium, funding call, research partnership, pilot or validation opportunity. Please book only if you have received a direct invitation from 4 Earth 2 Mars, or if we have already agreed that this is the appropriate next step. All booking requests are subject to confirmation. During the meeting, we may clarify the opportunity’s purpose and scope, assess strategic alignment, define potential roles and contributions, identify missing capabilities or partners, review relevant requirements and timelines, and agree on practical next steps. To help us use the meeting effectively, please share any relevant call documents, project briefs, presentations, links or specific questions in advance. This meeting is not intended for general introductions, unsolicited sales, broad advisory requests, detailed consulting, proposal writing or the preparation of deliverables. New contacts should begin with the 15-Minute Introduction. If we have identified a concrete opportunity but have not yet defined how to proceed, the 30-minute Opportunity & Partnership Conversation is the appropriate next step. Cancellation Policy
🎁 One Free Meeting Free meetings are limited to one per person or organisation. Additional meetings may be available through the appropriate paid service. 📅 Cancellation and Rescheduling Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. A meeting cancelled within this period will not be treated as a no-show. 🔁 Missed First Meeting If you miss your first meeting without cancelling in time, you may request one replacement meeting. Replacement requests are reviewed manually and are subject to approval and availability. ⛔ Second No-Show If you miss the replacement meeting, future bookings may need to be made through a paid service. 🔒 Data Privacy By booking, you agree to provide the name and contact information required to manage your appointment and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties except where necessary to provide the booking service, operate the online meeting or comply with the law.
